We believe that great food starts with family—and in our family, it starts in the kitchen. Inspired by my mom, Marguerite, who first taught me how to make spaghetti and meatballs as a kid, we grew up understanding that food is more than just a meal—it’s a way to bring people together.
Now, Laura and I are bringing that same spirit to the streets with Marguerite’s Cucina, launching in Spring 2026. Our goal is simple: share the kind of meals we were raised on—fresh, wholesome, and made with care. Think Italian tradition with a healthy, handcrafted twist, served straight from our food truck to you.
