The Heart of It All
A simple collection is where a story of a lifetime begins! When Marguerite was a young teenager, she began collecting stamps. Marguerite traded these stamps with a pen pal in the United States. During one of their letters, she told Marguerite of a friend named Clyde Treco who was in the merchant Mariners and traveled the world - so he could get her stamps from all over. She introduced Marguerite & Clyde - and that began a friendship and ultimately a long amazing life together!
For the Love of Family
Marguerite and Clyde built more than a love for food—they built a way of life around it. Rooted in Italian tradition, their kitchen was always filled with laughter, stories, and recipes passed down through generations. Some of Jason’s earliest memories trace back to those moments—like being sent with his siblings to pick up fresh bread, only to sneak bites on the walk home, knowing full well their mom wouldn’t be too happy about it. For them, food wasn’t just something you ate—it was how you brought people together.

Today, that dream lives on through every detail of the food truck crafted by Jason & Laura. From hand-selecting ingredients to thoughtfully creating each recipe, every dish is a reflection of Marguerite and Clyde’s legacy—fresh, intentional, and made to be shared.
